Payment Operation Specialist / Junior Developer

I am a Mathematics graduate and Payments Specialist transitioning into Software Engineering. I am a resilient fast-learner with a strong investigative mindset, experienced in managing complex FinTech data and high-pressure operations with supervisor-level responsibility. Currently, I serve as a Payments Operations Specialist, where I manage and analyze large-scale databases. I am proficient in navigating diverse digital platforms and excel in professional communication and email management. Due to my high level of attention to detail and consistent performance, I am frequently entrusted with advanced responsibilities typically handled by team leaders and supervisors.

Previously, I volunteered as a mathematics tutor at Matemik NGO, focusing on supporting children who lost their fathers during the 44-day war. Using mathematics as a tool, I helped rebuild their confidence and engagement by creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment. The success of this initiative was reflected in heartfelt feedback and letters of gratitude from families, highlighting positive behavioral and academic transformations.

I also worked at Logistic Center as a Mathematics Specialist/Tutor and Communications and Logistics Coordinator. There, I managed international freight communications via phone and email, handled shipping documentation, and resolved operational issues in a fast-paced environment.

My educational background includes a Bachelor in Actuarial and Financial Mathematics from Vanadzor State University, where I developed strong analytical and algorithmic thinking. I graduated with honors from the PhysMath Stream at the High School of Vanadzor State University and completed my basic education with excellence at Sayat-Nova High School No. 10.

I am fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English, and I am eager to leverage my skills in FinTech, mathematics, and software development to contribute effectively in dynamic and challenging roles.
