- Lead end-to-end multimodal logistics operations across CIS and international trade flows (rail, sea, air, road), managing a team of 17 across operations, client management, and settlements

- Resolved critical shipment disruption (aircraft type change) by independently structuring transit solution (bonded trucking + rerouting), avoiding delays and contractual risk

- Organized cargo transportation by various modes of transport (road - LTL, FTL, railway, sea containers - FCL, LCL, intermodal transport, primarily air freight) of key company customers, involving various customs procedures:
• Import/export
• Re-import/re-export
• Air transshipments / transit
- Compiling export Air waybills (AWB) using the “AWB Editor” software, Emirates SkyCargo system;
