I am a dedicated Business Analyst with experience in data analysis, system customization, and project documentation development. I have worked extensively with tools such as Qlik Sense BI, AWS, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support business processes and improve system functionality. My background includes collecting and analyzing requirements, preparing use-cases and technical specifications, and managing tasks using Jira and Azure DevOps.
I have a strong foundation in SQL, Excel, Power Query, and data modeling, which I have applied in various internships and roles, including data analysis for sales teams and dashboard development. I am skilled in process modeling using tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, and Camunda, enabling me to visualize and optimize workflows effectively.
Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Management, Finance & Data Analytics at Lumsa University in Rome, Italy, building on my Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Kazakh British Technical University. My education complements my practical experience, allowing me to approach business challenges analytically and strategically.

Analysis of the requirement from the client. Development of project documentation: preparation of test cases in the use-case format, test plans and other project documentation. Testing improvements. Customization of the system to ensure their correct operation. Managing tasks in the Microsoft Azure Devops task tracker. Process modeling in Lucidchart and Draw.io.
