I am a passionate Software Quality Assurance Engineer with hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing. Over the years, I have developed a strong interest in building robust and reliable software systems, ensuring quality and compliance across various projects. My work primarily focuses on identifying, tracking, and reporting bugs while helping implement QA processes to streamline workflows effectively.

Currently, I specialize in EHR systems, leading data integrity, interoperability, and regulatory-compliant testing across multiple modules. I bring strong governance, risk assessment, and automation-driven QA processes to my role, ensuring that software products meet the highest standards.

My experience spans across different domains, including interactive entertainment solutions and healthcare technology, where I deliver manual and automated testing with formal SOPs, test plans, and defect tracking. I am well-versed in functional, regression, and game-specific testing under governance and risk-based frameworks.

I have a solid foundation in exploratory testing, session-based test management, test case design, traceability, and defect tracking. Additionally, I am skilled in technical writing and documentation, API testing using Postman, and performance/load testing with JMeter. I am familiar with Agile development cycles and have experience with SDLC and STLC processes.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Financial Management and Robotics. I have also earned certifications in Six Sigma Principles, Foundations of Software Testing and Validation, and Six Sigma White Belt, which complement my technical skills and analytical approach.
