I am Nurassel Berdeshova, a passionate and dedicated graphic designer finishing my Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design at Almaty Technological University. Throughout my academic journey, I have maintained a strong GPA of 3.8/4.0 and have been honored with the Presidential Scholarship for consistent academic excellence. My education has equipped me with a solid foundation in branding, visual identity, and UI/UX design.
I have practical experience as a founder and lead product designer for "Wayu," a student adaptation guide mobile platform. This role has allowed me to develop UI/UX flows, collaborate closely with developers, and create personalized experiences for students. I was proud to receive a startup grant from my university to support this project.
In addition to my leadership role, I have worked as a Junior Graphic Designer at MYOR Space, where I contributed to designing a cosmetics brand’s website and mobile interface. I also gained valuable part-time experience at Cali Kitchen & Bar, creating visual content for social media and adapting promotional materials to align with brand identity.
I am skilled in various design tools including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma, and I am comfortable working with digital content and packaging design. My personal strengths include attention to detail, consistency, and adaptability, which help me deliver high-quality work.
Beyond design, I have been involved in mentoring and patent development, having prepared documentation for a utility model patent related to portion packaging for pasta products. I also enjoy collaborating in team environments, as demonstrated by my participation in organizing a university art exhibition.
I am fluent in English and Russian, and I am a native Kazakh speaker. I am eager to continue growing as a graphic designer and contribute creatively to innovative projects.
