I am a Project Manager TI with over 25 years of experience leading digital transformation projects in the financial, fintech, and corporate sectors. I specialize in the implementation of Core Banking systems, payment methods (Visa/Mastercard), RPA, and cloud platforms. Throughout my career, I have managed teams of up to 30 people and portfolios of up to 15 simultaneous projects, with regional scope across Peru, Chile, and LATAM.
