I am Eliel Arturo Oliveros Duque, a Junior Full Stack Developer, Systems Analyst, and Technical Support specialist based in Venezuela. I have a strong foundation in software development, database design, and IT infrastructure management. Throughout my internships and projects, I have contributed to institutional payroll system development by designing and normalizing databases using ER models, which improved data integrity and query efficiency.
I developed a secure and reactive login module using Angular and TypeScript, ensuring smooth user access. Additionally, I managed IT infrastructure by providing comprehensive support in hardware, software, LAN networks, and operating system administration for both Windows and Linux platforms, including maintenance of equipment.
In my role as a Frontend and Full Stack Developer, I updated institutional systems such as Surveillance and Student Management by implementing CRUD modules and validations under a modular architecture using PHP. I modernized user interfaces with responsive design, enhancing usability and user experience (UX). I also refactored monolithic systems into layered structures to improve maintainability and scalability of core business logic.
As a Systems Analyst, I strengthened data integrity in APIs built with NestJS by applying DTOs and class-validator for sanitization and business rule validation. I optimized database persistence by configuring cascading relationships and removing redundant fields, improving transactional consistency. I ensured the quality of critical endpoints through testing and structured response validation, enhancing frontend-backend communication.
I designed logical system architecture using flow diagrams and technical documentation to support the development team. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering while continuing to develop my skills in full stack development and IT support. I am passionate about creating efficient, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions and contributing to innovative projects.
