I am a multilingual development professional with over 10 years of experience supporting and managing UN and international development programmes. My expertise lies in project coordination, external partnerships, capacity development, donor reporting, and monitoring & evaluation. Currently, I serve as a Programme Associate at UNODC Tajikistan, where I support the implementation of the Central Asia Regional Programme focusing on transnational organized crime, drug trafficking, and terrorism prevention.

Throughout my career, I have successfully coordinated multi-stakeholder initiatives involving government, law enforcement, and civil society. I have organized and supported high-level regional trainings, conferences, and missions, ensuring smooth execution and impactful outcomes. Building strategic external partnerships with national and international stakeholders has been a key part of my role.

I have also led administrative operations for large teams and managed programme budgets effectively.
