I am an international education and student recruitment professional with over 15 years of experience in education management, international admissions, student advising, and partnership development across Europe and Eurasia. Throughout my career, I have successfully recruited and supported students for various international academic and enrichment programs, while organizing educational events and building strong relationships with schools, families, and institutions. My multilingual communication skills have enabled me to effectively engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
In my current role as Director & Education Abroad Manager at A-Level Education Group in Baku, Azerbaijan, I advise students and families on international education opportunities in the US, UK, Europe, and Canada. I also build and maintain partnerships with international schools, universities, and recruitment agencies, organize recruitment events, and manage international enrollment processes. I am deeply involved in outreach strategies to increase student participation in academic and summer programs.
Previously, I coordinated educational outreach projects focused on English language education and youth development, organizing camps, workshops, and training sessions for teachers and students. I have also served as an ambassador and vice-president of the International Student Association at the Community College of Baltimore County, where I represent the college, coordinate multicultural events, and promote cultural diversity and student engagement.

I have also worked as an office manager and education abroad manager, advising students on study abroad opportunities and managing administrative operations.
I hold an AA in Early Childhood Education from the Community College of Baltimore County and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Management from the National Aviation Academy in Azerbaijan. I am certified in CPR & First Aid by the American Heart Association and have received various honors and scholarships recognizing my academic and co-curricular achievements.
