About Me
I am Germán Küber, a Staff Engineer specializing in Systems, AI, and Blockchain technologies, recognized as a Microsoft MVP for eight consecutive years. Over the past 15+ years, I have built scalable systems that move money, ship products, and operate at low latency, including MEV trading pipelines in Rust handling over $50M in daily on-chain volume with sub-10 ms execution times. I founded Net-Baires, Argentina's largest .NET developer community with over 100,000 members, and have delivered more than 80 international technical talks at conferences like .NET Conf, DevFest, and vOpen across LATAM and Europe. As a co-founder and lead AI architect of KliverAI, I built an AI training platform supporting 500+ users, focusing on scalable training simulations and real-time voice and AI pipelines with sub-200 ms latency. I have benchmarked and integrated multiple TTS/STT and LLM providers to optimize latency, cost, and quality, while pioneering adaptive simulation engines and privacy-preserving evaluation marketplaces.
In my fractional CTO role at Rocking Product, I restructured an 8-engineer team, improved product matching with AI-powered image embeddings, and introduced Spec-Driven Development and AI-driven workflows.
