I am an experienced Unix/Linux administrator and DevOps engineer with over a decade of expertise managing and hardening Linux and BSD servers across various environments. My background includes extensive work with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and Oracle Cloud, where I have supported and architected customer environments to ensure optimal performance and security. I have a strong foundation in scripting languages including Bash, Perl, and Python, which I use to automate tasks and improve system reliability.
Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in security best practices, ethical hacking, and penetration testing, helping organizations safeguard their critical infrastructure. I have hands-on experience with database servers like MySQL, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL, and have implemented monitoring solutions such as Zabbix and Wazuh to maintain system health and security.
I have worked remotely and on-site in various industries including technology, education, and tourism, managing complex IT infrastructures and leading migrations of servers and databases. My roles have ranged from system administration to IT management, where I have been responsible for firewall administration, incident response, and network architecture.
