Community & Account Manager

I am a 21-year-old with one year of studies in Digital Games and Community Management. I have experience as a volunteer Discord moderator where I helped build a music production community around Tsino by creating rules, maintaining atmosphere, and organizing giveaways and events. I am skilled in communication, conflict resolution, community engagement, content moderation, and fostering positive online environments.

In addition to my moderation experience, I have worked as a service-oriented event staff member with expertise in crowd management, ticket control, security, customer service, and problem-solving during large events and concerts. I have also gained experience as a kitchen and restaurant assistant, where I developed skills in food preparation, customer service, teamwork, hygiene standards, and working efficiently in fast-paced environments.

I am passionate about community management and digital games, and I continuously seek to improve my management and leadership skills. I am comfortable working in both volunteer and part-time roles and thrive in collaborative and dynamic settings.

My education includes studies in Digital Games & Community Management at Bona Folkhögskola and completion of the Electricity & Energy Program at Yrkesgymnasiet Skarpnäck. I am proficient in English and have developed critical thinking, digital marketing, management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

I am eager to contribute my skills and experience to roles that involve community engagement, moderation, and event support, while continuing to grow professionally in the digital and service industries.
