I have 8+ years of experience in web service development — both on the technical side (research & development, architecture) and on the product side (business analysis, UX design, project management), including 4+ years in leadership and analytical roles.
I have a solid understanding of user-friendly system design, know how to structure requirements, and confidently present and explain solutions — both in Russian and English.
As a project manager and team lead, I focus on building strong, motivated teams by recognizing people’s strengths and aligning tasks with their natural talents — resulting in higher engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.
