I am a Systems Engineering student with hands-on experience in L1/L2 technical support and a strong foundation in software quality assurance. I have worked on incident resolution, ticket management, and operational support in production environments, which has strengthened my analytical thinking and attention to detail.

My QA background is aligned with ISTQB CTFL principles, and I am comfortable designing and executing test cases, defining acceptance criteria, and tracking defects through their lifecycle. I also have experience with functional, integration, regression, smoke, static, and usability testing.

I am familiar with tools such as Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence for test management and documentation. In addition, I have practical knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, basic networking, and security-related tasks.

My technical support experience includes software installation, OS imaging, peripheral configuration, printer setup, LAN troubleshooting, and backup procedures. I value structured processes, clear documentation, and reliable follow-through.

I have also completed technical training in QA, ISTQB fundamentals, advanced Excel, English immersion, and cybersecurity basics. These studies have helped me build a well-rounded profile that combines support, testing, and technical problem-solving.
