My expertise spans treasury and cash management, private equity, venture capital, profit and loss management, financial planning and reporting, contract and project management, budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, restructurings, turnarounds, process improvement, and strategic advisory. Currently, I serve as President of Marcfields-Capital Management and Controller/CFO at Akko Group, where I provide advisory services in impact investment, strategic and corporate planning, joint ventures, private equity, business acceleration, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and restructuring. I lead financial strategy, capital and debt management, portfolio and performance analysis, risk management, governance, and technology scalability initiatives.
