Backend Engineer

I work as a freelance backend engineer delivering backend development missions for fintech and SaaS clients using Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript.

I designed and built NexusPay, an event-driven fintech platform with 7 NestJS microservices communicating over Kafka and RabbitMQ. The system applies Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design to support maintainability and scalability.

I also built and maintain jobsScrapper, an AI-powered job aggregation platform that integrates Gemini AI for scoring and relevance matching across 20+ European job boards. In addition, I manage a fully Dockerized infrastructure with GitHub Actions CI/CD, Supabase PostgreSQL, Upstash Redis, and Render.

I built and delivered 4 production microservices across fintech, crypto, and SaaS products using NestJS, TypeScript, and Express.js.

My work covered payment flows, wallet management, and trading platform backends, and I integrated third-party services such as Stripe, PayPal, Auth0, Firebase, Twilio, and SendGrid.

I also redesigned PostgreSQL and MongoDB schemas to resolve data integrity issues, built GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines from scratch, and Dockerized backend services with multi-stage builds and environment-specific configurations.

I built and maintained REST APIs for a B2B SaaS platform using Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js, supporting around 50 business clients.

I helped structure backend codebases from early-stage features to stable production systems and established clean architecture patterns adopted by the team.

I also debugged and resolved performance bottlenecks across core API modules, improving response times across the platform.
