I have spent the past few years running online businesses on my own — Shopify stores, Amazon FBA, and Facebook ad campaigns. I handled everything myself with no team: finding products, managing suppliers, running ads, and dealing with customers. More recently I started helping small businesses set up AI phone and automation tools as a freelancer. Before going remote I worked four years on cargo ships in the merchant fleet and trained as an electrician. I am used to working independently, I pick up new tools fast, and I am ready to put my full focus into one role. I speak English and Russian.

I built a Shopify store that reached over $40K in monthly sales at its peak, managing all aspects from product sourcing to customer support. I also launched a private label product on Amazon FBA, handling PPC ads, inventory management, and fulfillment SOPs. As a freelance automation specialist, I have helped about 15 small businesses implement automated phone systems that integrate with their existing software tools.

My experience working on cargo ships taught me to stay calm under pressure and perform tasks correctly the first time. I am comfortable working remotely and independently, and I enjoy learning and applying new technologies, especially AI tools and automation platforms.

I am proficient in managing online sales and marketing campaigns, customer support, and using various tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Pipedrive CRM, and automation platforms like n8n, Make.com, and Zapier. I also create educational content, including YouTube videos, to explain complex systems simply.
