Senior QA Analyst

I am an ISTQB-certified Senior QA Analyst with more than 14 years of experience improving quality and release readiness for complex healthcare, pharmacy, and claims platforms. My background is centered on manual, functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, data, and message validation testing, and I have consistently supported Agile teams, customer acceptance cycles, production validation, and enterprise release delivery.

I have spent much of my career at McKesson Health Solutions, where I have owned QA coverage for new features, created test strategies and test cases, and supported multiple major releases each year. I work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other QA professionals to validate requirements, manage risk, and ensure release scope is clearly understood.

My technical testing experience includes build deployment validation, smoke testing, interface testing, XML message validation, and database verification using tools such as Postman, SureScripts Message Manager, SQL Developer, and PuTTY. I also have experience preparing customer-facing acceptance test packages and presenting sprint demos, test results, and QA progress updates to stakeholders.

Earlier in my career, I held contract and leadership roles that expanded my experience in business analysis, quality coordination, and team management. I led a 12-person QA, production support, and data analysis team, managed hiring and performance reviews, and helped deliver mission-critical releases and patch fixes on time and on budget.

I have also contributed to process improvement by strengthening QA governance, formalizing production support responsibilities, and improving issue reporting and tracking. In addition, I have supported recruiting efforts by serving on hiring panels and helping evaluate candidates for QA-related roles.

My professional foundation includes business analysis, technical writing, test planning, UAT support, and documentation for internal software initiatives. I bring a strong mix of hands-on testing expertise, leadership experience, and cross-functional collaboration skills to healthcare enterprise systems environments.
