I am a strategic, results-driven leader with more than 20 years of experience in education, workforce development, institutional governance, and IT systems. My background combines academic leadership, technical training, policy advocacy, and organizational transformation, with a strong focus on remote, hybrid, and virtual collaboration.
I have led strategic planning, policy implementation, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership across education, trade union, and public-sector environments. I am comfortable working across government, private sector, and civil society settings, and I have built a career around consensus-building, compliance, and transparent communication.
My experience in education includes lecturing, academic chair responsibilities, curriculum development, faculty supervision, accreditation support, and feasibility studies for new programs. I have also designed and delivered competency-based and blended learning programs, especially in vocational and technical education.
In the IT and training space, I founded and managed a computer services and training business, supported ICT infrastructure for schools, and trained teachers and community members in digital literacy. I hold strong technical skills in networking, computer repair, learning systems, and digital collaboration platforms.
I am also active in national governance and policy roles, including board and committee service in vocational education, statistics, commerce, and institutional oversight. These roles reflect my ability to contribute at a strategic level while managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
I am based in Belize and open to virtual roles anywhere, as well as positions that require regional or international travel. I bring self-discipline, adaptability, and strong written communication skills to remote work, along with a long record of leadership in distributed and mission-driven settings.
