I am a Technical Support Engineer and full-stack developer with hands-on experience supporting production SaaS platforms and building modern web applications. I focus on delivering reliable technical outcomes by troubleshooting issues quickly, analyzing root causes, and working across the full stack when needed.
I have experience debugging APIs, third-party integrations, and production incidents by reviewing logs, HTTP status codes, and database records. I am comfortable identifying problems in frontend, backend, and database layers, and I work to either implement fixes directly or escalate issues with clear technical context.
My development background includes building and maintaining SaaS products end-to-end using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Supabase. I have worked on features such as signed QR access control, atomic inventory holds, payment links, transactional email, PDF and Apple Wallet ticket generation, and multi-tenant architecture.
I also have experience supporting internal platforms in academic and enterprise environments. At UNAH, I provided technical support and maintenance for a registration and management platform, resolved production issues, and developed features such as QR code generation and scanning to improve access control and user workflows.
My technical strengths include REST APIs, object-oriented backend development, PostgreSQL, SQL, release and deployment management, and automated testing. I also work with tools and platforms such as GitHub, Linux, Vercel, CI/CD, Redis, and Supabase, and I am comfortable writing well-structured, type-safe code.
I am based in Honduras and work in English and Spanish. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering at UNAH, and I am expected to graduate in December 2026.
