About Me

I am a results-driven People Operations leader with more than 10 years of experience delivering end-to-end HR operational services in large, complex, multicultural organisations. I have led high-performing teams, improved workforce planning, strengthened compliance, and designed HR processes that support both colleague experience and business performance.

I have built a strong track record in people leadership, change delivery, and operational excellence. In my current role, I lead a multicultural team, manage performance, coach colleagues, and ensure HR compliance across a busy retail operation.
