Professional Services Associate / Survey Research Associate

I am Sebastián Salazar Rodríguez, a business and analytics-focused professional based in Heredia, Costa Rica. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Intelligence and Information Management with a focus on Data Analysis at ULACIT, and I am also studying Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at the University of Costa Rica.

My experience spans research, operations, supply chain coordination, and customer support. In my current role at Arbolus Technologies, I support commercial due diligence and primary research across the Americas, helping deliver data-backed insights to executive stakeholders while managing multiple enterprise projects under tight timelines.

Previously, I worked at Cognizant IT Solutions as a Supply Chain Coordinator, where I handled logistics, inventory, vendor coordination, and fleet management for high-volume operations. Before that, I served as a Customer Services Specialist, providing technical troubleshooting, dispatch coordination, and operational support across the United States and Canada.

I am comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and have developed strong skills in project management, leadership, prioritization, problem solving, and strategic communication. My background has helped me build a practical understanding of both client-facing service and operational execution.

Outside of my professional roles, I contribute as a Youth Basketball Coach with the Comité Cantonal de Deportes y Recreación de San Pablo de Heredia. This experience reflects my interest in leadership, mentorship, and community involvement.

I also bring technical proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, and Python, along with fluency in Spanish and professional English. I am interested in roles that combine analysis, operations, coordination, and business decision-making.
