BI Developer & Data Engineer

I am a Data & Reporting Engineer with 5 years of experience building reporting infrastructure, data pipelines, and analytics solutions for enterprise clients. I specialize in SQL, Python, Eclipse BIRT, and Power BI, and I enjoy turning complex business rules into reliable, production-grade systems.

I have worked across more than 20 institutional clients, delivering reporting and data solutions in remote environments. My work has included designing calculation engines, automating manual workflows, building reusable libraries, and standardizing configuration management across production systems.

At Profidata Services AG, I built reporting solutions for banking and investment clients, including exposure aggregation, portfolio-level weighting calculations, sustainability reporting, and risk reporting. I also created automation tools that reduced manual processing and documentation effort for the team.

I co-founded Avocatul Digital, a legal-tech marketplace platform, where I helped build and maintain the internal backoffice system on AWS. I worked on data tooling for content updates, financial extraction, and usage analytics, while also supporting product operations as the platform scaled organically.

I am comfortable owning problems end-to-end, from data modeling and implementation to delivery and operational support. I have experience working with AWS services such as DynamoDB, AppSync, S3, Amplify, and CloudWatch, as well as Git/GitHub and advanced Excel-based reporting workflows.

I hold a Master’s degree in Software Development & Business Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Computer Science. I am based in Iași, Romania, and I am open to remote, hybrid, or relocation opportunities.
