My background includes work at Amazon and AWS, where I handled billing, technical account management, and account security/risk investigations. In those roles, I worked in high-trust environments that required strong judgment, confidentiality, data security awareness, and clear communication with customers, internal teams, and leadership.
I have also founded and led multiple products and ventures, including AI-driven and civic-tech initiatives. I have designed onboarding flows, dashboards, admin tools, checkout experiences, and operational systems that reduce manual work and improve repeatability for teams and users.
