About Me
I am a Software Support Engineer with a strong background in L2/L3 technical support, incident management, and troubleshooting in B2B SaaS environments. I work on complex client cases involving log analysis, bug reproduction, SQL investigations, and custom JavaScript rules to address non-standard business needs.
I have experience supporting corporate treasury software and helping support teams improve their workflows. In my current role, I also contributed to the rollout of AI agents for support operations, combining technical problem-solving with process improvement.
Before that, I worked as an International Product Owner, where I gathered requirements in English, wrote specifications, performed development acceptance testing, trained users, and coordinated multi-country rollouts across the UK, Poland, Switzerland, and Germany.
My earlier experience includes IT project management and IT project assistance during internships, where I supported system migration and infrastructure projects. These roles helped me build a solid foundation in project coordination, documentation, and technical collaboration.
I have a general engineering degree with a focus on Network and Information Systems Integration, and I also completed a study abroad semester in Taiwan. My technical toolkit includes SQL, JavaScript, Python, API integration, Linux, Active Directory, networking, SCRUM, Jira, and Figma.
