About Me

I am a Modern Endpoint Engineer with 13+ years of IT experience and more than 3 years focused on Microsoft Intune endpoint management, Azure Virtual Desktop support, and mobile device administration. I specialize in building secure, compliant endpoint environments across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.

I have deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, hybrid identity synchronization, and zero-touch enrollment workflows. I also use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to automate endpoint management tasks and reduce manual work.

In my current role, I manage large-scale endpoint environments, support remote workforce access through Azure Virtual Desktop, and help evaluate Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions. I work on device compliance, application deployment, mobile device management, and identity security.

My background includes supporting enterprise and healthcare environments where reliability, documentation, and user support are critical. I have handled Windows 10/11, Office 365, mobile devices, and authentication issues across distributed organizations.
