Served as Product Owner for major casino control applications and led a technology refresh in a GRA-regulated environment. Managed daily operations and cross-functional delivery across networking, IT security, infrastructure, DBA, business units, compliance, and vendor partners. Drove incident reporting, risk analysis, change and service requests, CAB presentations, vendor deliverables, application testing, and maintenance.
