I am a supply chain and logistics leader with 30 years of experience managing end-to-end operations across procurement, sourcing, planning, imports, exports, customs, transportation, inventory, warehousing, distribution, and logistics.

I have built my career in national and multinational organizations, where I have focused on improving operational efficiency, profitability, service levels, and business continuity through strategic supply chain execution.

My background includes strong expertise in supplier sourcing, strategic negotiation, supplier development, contract management, regulatory compliance, and international trade operations. I have consistently worked to optimize costs while reducing risk and strengthening supply reliability.

I have led high-performing cross-functional teams and supported business transformation, continuous improvement, and change management initiatives. I am recognized for fostering accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.

Most recently, I served as Logistics Director at Bioena SAS, where I managed supply, transportation, warehousing, imports, customs processes, and export operations for an agroindustrial renewable energy company.

Before that, I spent nearly three decades at Baker Hughes in progressively senior roles, including Logistics, Procurement, and Sourcing Manager, Global-LATAM Sourcing Manager, LATAM Logistics Manager, Andean Logistics Manager, and Logistics Coordinator, delivering major savings and improving logistics performance across the region.

I hold an MBA in Business Administration, a specialization in Logistics and Commercial National and International, and a degree in International Trade. I also have training in SQL, Python, Power BI, supply chain management, customs, foreign exchange regulations, port operations, and ISO auditing.
