I am a versatile professional with more than 14 years of international experience across IT, HR Operations, and consulting services. I have built my career within global matrix organizations, supporting people teams, clients, and partners worldwide while working comfortably with multicultural audiences.
I specialize in program and project management, HR operations, talent acquisition, and partnership management. My background includes PMO setup, Agile and Waterfall delivery, RFP cycles, UAT, payroll operations, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
I have led and supported complex initiatives in remote and international environments, including HRIS and ATS vendor evaluations, global payroll coordination, executive reporting, and employer branding projects. I am also experienced in data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder alignment.
My career includes long-term experience at VMware, where I progressed through multiple roles in Global Talent Acquisition and People operations, as well as leadership and consulting work at Novacomp, EvolveUp, and other organizations. I have managed teams, direct reports, and cross-functional projects with a strong focus on delivery and collaboration.
I also have teaching and facilitation experience, including university-level physics laboratory instruction and global workshop facilitation for international audiences. These roles strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, guide diverse groups, and create engaging learning experiences.
