I am an architect with over 11 years of experience leading corporate, commercial, institutional, retail, and infrastructure projects. My background combines planning, budgeting, contracting, execution, and delivery to ensure technical, financial, and operational compliance.

I have managed projects from initial structuring through commissioning, including construction management, contract administration, cost analysis, RFP preparation, budget control, scheduling, construction monitoring, and supervision. I have worked across Colombia and Latin America, coordinating contractors, suppliers, multidisciplinary teams, and executive departments.

My experience includes roles in architecture firms, multinational companies, and real estate services organizations, where I have led expansion, renovation, fit-out, and infrastructure initiatives. I have handled projects for brands and companies such as EY, CHUBB, Ferrero, Abbott, Huawei, Xiaomi, MercadoLibre, WeWork, and Inditex-related retail operations.

I am recognized for delivering projects early, optimizing costs, and improving operational efficiency through strong planning and control. I have managed simultaneous projects of significant scale and contributed to profitability through better execution, resource optimization, and strategic oversight.

My education includes a degree in Architecture, a Master’s in Project Management, a specialization in Innovation and Project Management, and additional training in logistics, ISO 9001:2015 internal auditing, and English. I also work with tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, and SketchUp.

I am based in Bogotá, Colombia, and I bring a strong focus on leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, risk management, and multidisciplinary coordination. I am especially interested in roles related to project management, construction management, and corporate expansion.
