Tourism and Hotel Management Student

I have a strong interest in hospitality and guest services, and I enjoy working in environments where I can help people, solve problems, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

I am bilingual in Russian and Ukrainian, and I also speak English at a C1 level and Korean at an A2 level. My language skills help me communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members.

I have experience coordinating guest bookings, assisting with accommodations, handling inquiries, and supporting check-in and check-out processes. I am comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.

My work experience includes serving as a waitress and working as a hosting assistant in a family resort, where I developed customer service, multitasking, teamwork, and organizational skills.

I am currently studying Tourism and Hotel Management at Cyprus International University, and I am continuing to build my knowledge through academic study, certificates, and practical hospitality experience.
