About Me
I am a Customer Success and Partner Success leader with more than 20 years of experience building strong stakeholder relationships, onboarding programs, training initiatives, and cross-functional operations in K-12 and higher education environments.
I have led national partner success strategies, supported large networks of instructors and school partners, and created scalable processes that improve readiness, consistency, and satisfaction. My work has focused on strengthening engagement, retention, and program outcomes through relationship management and data-driven decision-making.
I have extensive experience designing and delivering onboarding and training programs, facilitating partner-facing events, and serving as an escalation point for complex issues. I enjoy creating structure, documentation, and support systems that help teams operate more effectively.
In addition to customer and partner success leadership, I have worked as an online academic coach and K-12 Spanish and Italian instructor. These roles strengthened my ability to support learners, collaborate with faculty and support teams, and use performance data to improve outcomes.
I am fluent in Spanish and Italian, and I bring a strong background in communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. I am comfortable working with LMS platforms, reporting tools, and digital learning environments.

Experience
Led national partner success strategy supporting 80+ instructors and Partner Success Specialists across districts and institutional partners. Designed and executed onboarding and training programs, planned partner-facing events, built long-term partnerships with school leaders, served as executive escalation point, developed SOPs and training resources, analyzed performance data, and partnered cross-functionally to improve program effectiveness.
Guided 100+ undergraduate students per term, delivered individualized academic coaching and support plans, maintained a 24-hour response SLA, tracked participation and performance metrics, and partnered with faculty and support teams to improve retention, satisfaction, and academic success.
Taught live virtual instruction to 100+ students per semester, developed standards-aligned instruction, maintained high engagement and completion rates, used assessment data to adjust instruction, and collaborated with academic coaches and support teams to monitor progress and address learning challenges.
Onboarded and guided 60-70 instructors across multiple regions and partner schools, led instructor-school introductions, served as liaison between instructors and internal teams, authored newsletters, tracked readiness and satisfaction metrics, and developed onboarding materials and knowledge bases.
Provided live virtual instruction to 120-150 students annually, drove student achievement through targeted instruction, adapted instruction for diverse learning needs, implemented district curricula across partner schools, and created elementary Spanish curriculum aligned to standards.
