Substitute Teacher

I am a dedicated educator with extensive experience supporting student learning in diverse classroom settings. I have worked as a substitute teacher for Baltimore County Public Schools, where I prepared lessons, planned daily instruction, and delivered content in ways that matched students’ ability levels and prior knowledge.

I focus on creating inclusive learning environments. In my teaching, I differentiate lessons based on students’ learning abilities, special needs, and cultural backgrounds so that every learner can participate and succeed.

My background includes hands-on classroom experience from teacher internships, where I managed classroom behavior, redirected students who were off task, and integrated technology into instruction. I have taught multiple grade levels, including early elementary and fifth grade, which strengthened my adaptability and classroom management skills.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies from Grand Canyon University, along with prior studies in Elementary Education and an Associate of Art in Teacher Education. My academic training emphasized student-centered learning, curriculum planning, and lesson design tailored to individual and group needs.

I also bring practical knowledge of educational tools, lesson preparation, and administrative support. My experience has helped me develop strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills that support effective teaching and collaboration.
