Infrastructure & Systems Engineer

I am an Infrastructure & Systems Engineer with more than 15 years of experience supporting enterprise systems, virtualization platforms, physical infrastructure, and global IT operations. I have worked across VMware and Hyper-V environments, Windows and Linux systems, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, server hardware, endpoint deployment, backup and recovery, and hands-on infrastructure troubleshooting.

I currently operate and optimize hybrid infrastructure, manage virtual machines and cloud instances, and support critical business systems in distributed environments. I am comfortable serving as an escalation point for complex infrastructure, identity, access, and security issues, and I regularly work on incident response and infrastructure hardening.

In previous roles, I directed and supported infrastructure operations across multiple international manufacturing sites, including systems, networking, virtualization, documentation, and production environments. I also implemented centralized logging and SIEM, designed business continuity and disaster recovery strategies, and modernized legacy infrastructure through migrations and lifecycle management.

I have strong technical support and automation experience as well. I have developed Python scripts and applications to automate administrative tasks, improve diagnostics, and streamline troubleshooting. I have also managed backup and disaster recovery operations using server and endpoint imaging solutions.

Earlier in my career, I supported large-scale campus infrastructure, including wireless access points, classroom technology, endpoint imaging, network systems, and AV environments. These experiences helped me build a practical, hands-on approach to infrastructure support and problem solving.

I also build personal and open-source projects, including network mapping, Active Directory auditing, and SDK integration work. My background combines infrastructure operations, security, automation, and systems engineering, and I bring a reliable, independent approach to technical work.
