About Me
I am a results-driven Senior Product Manager with more than 10 years of experience in SaaS and telematics, specialising in enterprise solutions for logistics and transportation. I have led products that deliver data-driven value, including AI-powered operational insights, route optimisation, compliance platforms, and analytics integrations for global organisations.
I bring deep expertise in product strategy, agile delivery, scrum leadership, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise customer experience management. My background also includes strong experience with telematics, fleet technology, OEM partner management, and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
In my current role at Verizon Connect / Geotab, I lead product management for data connector and dashboard insights platforms, support AI-driven decision-making products, and own enterprise reporting and analytics product lines. I also work on route optimisation, compliance, and strategic partner relationships across Europe.
Previously, I held senior product and operational leadership roles at Astrata Europe and Agility Abu Dhabi, where I managed fleet solutions, customer portals, KPI dashboards, logistics projects, and large-scale operational improvements. Earlier in my career, I led warehouse, fleet, and planning functions across the UK, Lebanon, Kuwait, and the Middle East.
I have a broad international background spanning the Middle East, Europe, and the UK, which has helped me develop a practical understanding of complex operational environments and cross-functional collaboration.
