Senior Data Engineer

I am a Senior Data Engineer with over 4 years of experience building data platforms, lakehouse solutions, and scalable analytics pipelines for banking and enterprise clients.

I have worked extensively with AWS, Databricks, Spark, dbt, Airflow, Kafka, Trino, Iceberg, and Kubernetes to design and deliver production-grade data systems.

My background includes leading technical delivery for major clients such as VPBank, Techcombank, and Vietnam Airlines, where I handled requirements gathering, architecture design, and end-to-end implementation.

I have strong experience in CDC processing, dimensional modeling, SCD strategies, and multi-layer lakehouse architectures, and I have helped migrate and optimize large-scale workloads under strict regulatory deadlines.

I also have experience as a technical lead and mentor, guiding small teams of engineers and interns while collaborating closely with business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders.

In addition to data engineering, I have worked on infrastructure automation, CI/CD, Terraform-based deployments, and AI-assisted development workflows to improve delivery speed and consistency.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and certifications in Databricks and AWS data engineering, and I am based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
