About Me

I am a Customer Success professional with more than 3 years of experience driving retention, expansion, and product adoption across a $25M enterprise healthcare portfolio. I have worked with 500+ facilities spanning software, hardware, and recurring consumables, and I focus on turning complex customer workflow challenges into scalable outcomes.

In my current role at PDC, by Brady, I manage retention and expansion across a large customer portfolio while sustaining 99% logo retention in FY25. I have led major rollouts, including an 80-hospital pharmacy system implementation at Community Health Systems, and I regularly partner with corporate and site-level stakeholders to accelerate adoption.

I have generated more than $1M in expansion revenue by identifying workflow gaps and positioning tailored software and hardware solutions. I also serve as a technical product resource for both customers and the sales team, helping translate operational needs into recommendations that improve adoption and reduce friction.

My background includes internship experience in research and analysis, where I supported real estate consultancy projects focused on low-income housing opportunities and environmental factors affecting development strategy. This experience strengthened my analytical thinking and ability to support data-informed decision-making.

I also build practical tools and prototypes, including an internal AI product expert tool that centralizes product and customer data, a printer compatibility engine, and a mock EMR demo environment.
