I am an experienced marketing and advertising professional with more than 20 years of experience working across digital strategy, CRM, customer service, project management, and creative direction. I have built my career at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and technology, helping ideas become real projects for global brands.
I specialize in project management, client service, and team leadership. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with internal teams, suppliers, and C-level stakeholders to define briefs, shape strategies, manage delivery, and ensure that business needs are translated into effective solutions.
My background includes a wide range of communication and digital projects, such as content, CRM, e-commerce, films, TV, events, magazines, banners, apps, websites, social media, and influencer campaigns. I have also worked on the development of digital products and AI-driven initiatives, always keeping the customer journey and final experience in focus.
I have managed projects for major international clients including Dell, Reckitt, Unilever, Samsung, Google, Netflix, Visa, Procter & Gamble, and others. These roles required strong negotiation skills, operational oversight, budget control, SLA management, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
In recent years, I have expanded my work into consulting and innovation through co-founding RW QR Cookies, where I help develop customized technological solutions that combine web development, hardware, and strategic creativity. This allows me to continue working on projects that connect innovation with practical business outcomes.
