Before Microsoft, I led APJ cloud services management at OpenText and managed customer accounts and vendor operations at eHealth NSW. Earlier in my career, I managed enterprise delivery portfolios at Optus, Samsung, and HPE, where I held accountability for SLA performance, commercial outcomes, partner success, and executive-level client relationships.
