Application Support Specialist

I am a detail-oriented IT professional with extensive experience in business analysis, system analysis, and data analysis. I have worked across enterprise and government-related projects, helping teams deliver digital transformation, system modernization, cloud migration, API integration, and business process improvement.

I specialize in bridging business and IT by translating complex requirements into functional solutions and data-driven insights. My background includes requirements gathering, stakeholder management, UAT coordination, testing, and data validation using SQL and Excel-based analysis.

In my recent roles, I supported major initiatives for the Ministry of Education in Singapore, including cloud migration, technical refresh programs, and modernization of the Student Hub application. I contributed to business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and release coordination.

I also have strong experience in application support, reverse engineering legacy systems, and performing root cause analysis for production issues and data discrepancies. I have worked closely with development, support, and business teams to improve system stability, performance, and usability.

Earlier in my career, I delivered data conversion, migration, and legacy transformation projects across healthcare, insurance, HRMS, retail, banking, and trading environments. This gave me a broad technical foundation across COBOL, mainframe, PeopleSoft, and enterprise systems.
