I am a dedicated ESL and IELTS professional with more than 20 years of global teaching experience across Vietnam and online platforms. I specialize in curriculum execution, student-centered instruction, and using technology to improve learning outcomes.

I have extensive experience delivering IELTS preparation and General English instruction to learners of different ages and backgrounds. I enjoy designing lesson plans, creating supplementary materials, and helping students improve through clear feedback and structured practice.

I also work with AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance education, content creation, and assessment workflows. I use these tools to personalize learning paths, support performance diagnostics, and improve the quality and efficiency of my teaching.

In addition to teaching, I have experience in product and marketing management, where I handled launches, market research, and cross-functional coordination. This background has strengthened my communication, organization, and analytical skills.

I am passionate about making English education accessible, engaging, and effective. I value cultural awareness, public speaking, and student-centered methodology, and I bring those strengths into every learning environment.
