I am a senior technology, product, and business leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning software engineering, solution ownership, and executive leadership. I have led initiatives as a founder, CEO, CFO, senior project manager, and technical lead, with a consistent focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
I specialize in owning business systems and AI solutions end-to-end, from strategy and executive requirements through delivery and operational impact. My work has included healthcare revenue-cycle systems, financial operations, contract and claims systems, and enterprise application delivery in Agile environments.
I founded Unbidden AI, where I lead product strategy, architecture, and delivery for local-first, privacy-preserving AI systems. I have built and shipped AI products and automation pipelines, including a context-intelligence platform for AI coding agents and compliance-aware healthcare and legal document solutions.
Previously, I founded and led RevExpand Healthcare Billing & Consulting, where I owned full P&L responsibility and helped recover more than $13M in collections. I also co-founded Reading & Write Alaska, where I directed financial operations, governance, internal software development, and the in-house revenue-cycle workflow.
Across my career, I have worked closely with executive stakeholders, established governance and delivery standards, and led cross-functional teams through complex initiatives. I bring deep experience in system integrations, data models, architecture, and operational improvement, especially where accuracy, compliance, and scale matter.
I am PMP-certified and also hold Microsoft certifications in solution and application development. My technical background includes .NET, C#, Python, SQL, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, AI/ML tooling, and modern automation and retrieval architectures. I am based in Anchorage, Alaska, and I am a U.S. citizen.
