Managed cross-cultural teams across production, R&D, supply chain, quality, sales, and compliance. Led HNB product development, trial production, mass production, flavor development, packaging coordination, and product launch. Managed development of more than 12 new product flavors and supported regional sales, distributor coordination, brand building, and market expansion.

Supported chairman-level strategic planning, investment projects, financing preparation, and corporate management. Prepared investment business plans, pitch decks, financial presentations, and fundraising materials. Participated in roadshows, investor communication, and financing management. Coordinated China factory construction, internal project follow-up, and cross-department execution. Coordinated factory establishment, production preparation, supplier communication, and operational planning. Supported nicotine extraction project execution across technical, commercial, and supply chain functions. Managed key account development for nicotine sales in the North American market.

Participated in the exclusive Middle East agency project for China Tobacco heated tobacco brand FARSTAR. Led regional market development, distributor coordination, brand promotion, and commercial execution. Supported product launch, flavor development, market feedback collection, and supply chain coordination. FARSTAR became one of the leading heated tobacco brands in Iraq and Iran.

Participated in factory feasibility research for a nicotine pouch manufacturing project. Organized visits with key raw material suppliers and production equipment suppliers. Coordinated procurement comparison, price negotiation, supplier evaluation, and technical discussions. Supported assessment of production process, equipment configuration, key material sourcing, and project feasibility.

Supported regional sales expansion for a leading tobacco equipment manufacturer. Covered sales of major cigarette and packaging equipment, including ZJ114, PROTOS70, YB43, and related machinery. Developed customer relationships across the Middle East and surrounding markets. Managed spare parts sales, after-sales coordination, technical communication, and commercial negotiation.

Led a cross-border product development project for heated cannabis products in collaboration with cannabis cultivators and CBD extraction companies in Thailand. Coordinated joint R&D discussions covering product concept, raw material suitability, formulation feasibility, heating technology, device compatibility, and consumer experience. Conducted regulatory research on cannabis-derived heated products, including market entry requirements, product classification, import/export restrictions, labeling, and compliance pathways.
