About Me
I am a finance and acquisitions leader with more than 13 years of experience driving investment strategy, underwriting, capital deployment, and FP&A across real estate and lower middle-market business acquisitions.
I have led end-to-end deal execution, from sourcing and financial modeling to investment committee presentations and closing, with experience spanning the U.S., Europe, and LATAM. My background includes value-add real estate acquisitions, SBA-backed business acquisitions, and cross-border fundraising.
I have built and managed parallel acquisition pipelines, including multifamily, industrial, and necessity-based retail assets, as well as service businesses in sectors such as healthcare, logistics, and electrical. I am comfortable structuring capital stacks across senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, and SBA/SBIC financing.
My career also includes deep FP&A and financial planning experience, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow modeling, and performance reporting. I have supported large-scale development projects and helped improve reporting efficiency through tools such as Excel, Power BI, Oracle EBS, and other financial systems.
I have worked fully remote with U.S. and European teams for more than five years and am open to global and remote roles. I bring strong cross-functional collaboration skills and have partnered with acquisition, development, legal, and leadership teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
I hold an MBA in Corporate Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, and I have also completed certifications in mergers and acquisitions and Python programming. I combine analytical rigor with practical execution to support investment decisions and capital growth.

Lead full-cycle acquisitions for multifamily, industrial, and necessity-based retail assets across the NYC metro and Tri-State area.
