Software Engineer

I am a dedicated software engineer with a strong passion for problem-solving, software design, and development. I specialize in .NET, C#, React, Angular, SQL, and cloud-native solutions, and I enjoy building scalable software products that solve real business problems.

I have experience working across enterprise systems such as project management, HR, and case management platforms, as well as custom solutions including eCommerce, web applications, and mobile apps. I am comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to both frontend and backend development.

In my recent roles, I have worked as a full-stack .NET and React developer, with a focus on eCommerce architecture, DevOps practices, and CI/CD workflows. I have also contributed to improving deployment efficiency and delivering high-quality cloud-native solutions.

Earlier in my career, I developed and maintained project management and HR systems using ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQL Server, stored procedures, and Dapper. I also contributed to a legal case management system and built CRUD modules using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

My technical background includes modern web technologies, databases, ORM tools, testing, and DevOps tooling. I have also worked on a variety of academic and personal projects, including tax automation, portfolio websites, hotel booking systems, mobile apps, and IoT-based solutions.

I hold a BSc. (Hons) in Software Engineering from the University of Plymouth and have completed additional training in Java application development, remote training engineering, and industry preparation programs. I am based in Sri Lanka and continue to grow as a software professional through hands-on development and continuous learning.
