I am an Environmental Management postgraduate with an M.Sc. from Brunel University London and a strong academic background in environmental science and engineering. My focus has been on environmental impact assessment, pollution control, waste management, water quality issues, and sustainability-oriented research.
I have developed solid skills in technical report writing, environmental data handling, research analysis, and professional communication. During my studies, I completed a thesis on otter population decline in the UK due to water pollution, which strengthened my research methods, data analysis, and environmental policy interpretation abilities.
I also hold a B.E. in Environmental Science & Technology from Gujarat Technological University, where I specialized in air pollution control, effluent treatment, environmental chemistry, waste management, EHS standards, and environmental legislation. This background gave me a strong understanding of sustainability, environmental systems, and regulatory compliance.
Professionally, I worked as a Data Assistant at Tots & Scholars Nursery in the UK, where I managed and input sensitive operational data, maintained records, and used Excel to organize and update datasets. This experience improved my attention to detail, data management, and systematic record-keeping skills.
I also completed a 6-month internship at Ureca Industries Ltd in India, where I gained exposure to industrial environmental management practices and supported environmental documentation and compliance-related record keeping. This helped me understand environmental operations in a manufacturing setting.
My project work includes an effluent treatment capstone project using the Combined Fenton Process for industrial wastewater and an academic project on an algae-based system for CO2 capture. I am especially interested in waste management, pollution control, sustainable water management, environmental monitoring, and ESG-related support roles, and I am open to internship opportunities as well.
