About Me
I am a Product Manager and IT engineer with more than 13 years of experience delivering 30+ international B2B and B2C projects across Europe and the US. I have worked across the full product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and vendor evaluation to delivery, optimisation, and stakeholder communication.
My background is especially strong in eCommerce and marketing technology platforms. I have experience with multi-currency storefronts, conversion optimisation, and integrations with tools such as Klarna, Global-e, DPD, and Amasty.
I bring a solid technical foundation and hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Agile/Scrum. I have also worked with CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and automation tooling, which helps me stay close to engineering while leading product work.
In my previous roles, I managed product roadmaps, prepared technical audits, coordinated cross-functional teams, and worked closely with international clients and brand partners such as Hugo Boss and CP Company. I am comfortable balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
I have also contributed as an eCommerce Developer and UX/UI Lead, where I built and maintained Adobe Commerce platforms for more than 30 international clients. I used analytics, A/B testing, and UX improvements to support conversion and engagement.
