About Me
I am a Senior Salesforce Developer, Team Lead, and Tech Lead with more than 26 years of experience designing enterprise-scale applications and hybrid integrations. Over the last year, I have focused heavily on AI-driven engineering, including LLM integrations, autonomous agents, reusable instruction sets, and prompt engineering to automate code generation, code review, and business workflows across the SDLC.
I have deep expertise in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Shield, and related enterprise capabilities. I am also highly experienced with Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, integrations, data governance, and database optimization, and I have worked extensively with MuleSoft and API-led architectures.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated closely with BAs, POs, PMs, QAs, and developers to translate requirements into scalable solutions. My work has included data modeling, proposals, stakeholder communication, user stories, task breakdowns, code review, quality control, and enforcing security and best-practice standards.

In these environments, I have designed secure, high-performance solutions, implemented complex integrations, and supported large-scale enterprise systems with strong attention to reliability and maintainability.

Experience
Architected and deployed OpenAI integrations, pioneered Claude Code for automated code generation and code reviews, led product evolution for the AC Knowledge Management Enterprise managed package, refactored core packages, and collaborated with BA, PO, PM, QA, and developers. Implemented Named Credentials and Connected Apps for secure OAuth-based integrations.
Led requirements analysis, defined specifications and documentation, drove custom Salesforce development with Aura/LWC, Apex, and external integrations, provided team leadership, controlled deployments, resolved performance and access issues, and worked on Travel & Hospitality projects with advanced customizations and middleware-based integrations.
