About Me
I help enterprise SaaS teams drive adoption, retention, and expansion across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. I have delivered major outcomes across customer success, analytics, and enterprise software implementation, combining technical depth with a strong bias for action.
At Pendo, I led an EMEA portfolio of 49 enterprise accounts and contributed £4.61M in net ARR growth. I also supported regional team coordination, mentored colleagues, and helped shape playbooks and processes that improved team performance.
I build practical solutions when existing tools are not enough. At Pendo, I created internal and customer-facing applications using Lovable and Supabase to reduce cognitive overload and improve use case tracking across enterprise accounts.
Earlier at KPMG, I provided technical leadership for a management information centre of excellence and rearchitected a QlikView/Alteryx environment. That work improved capacity, uptime, refresh speed, and development efficiency while strengthening stakeholder confidence.
Before that, I spent several years at Qlik Technologies leading enterprise programme delivery and solution architecture for global clients. I worked across multiple countries, managed senior stakeholders, and helped deliver £50M+ in software and services revenue through a large embedded engagement.
