Developer Team Leader | Full-Stack Developer

I am a lead developer and full-stack engineer with more than 6 years of experience building secure, reliable, and scalable systems across multiple brands. I have worked hands-on across backend development, CMS platforms, Linux server security, payment integrations, and email automation.

I specialize in leading teams, defining architecture, mentoring developers, and coordinating delivery with stakeholders. My approach is people-first, and I focus on creating maintainable solutions that align technical execution with business goals.

I have managed teams of 5–10 people across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. I am comfortable guiding technical standards, reviewing code, and helping teams deliver high-quality work efficiently.

My experience includes building and maintaining headless and traditional WordPress solutions, custom CMS platforms, and multi-brand systems. I have also architected a Digital Asset Management system to centralize company resources with secure, role-based access.

I work extensively with integrations such as Stripe, PayPal, SMTP email systems, and Mailchimp automation. I also have strong experience in infrastructure and security, including Cloudflare protection, Linux hardening, and production environment isolation.

I am especially interested in AI and automation as ways to improve efficiency, optimize workflows, and support growth. I also bring experience with SEO, traffic analysis, and cross-project delivery in high-traffic environments.

I am based in Costa Rica and speak Spanish natively, with English at an upper-intermediate level.
